Frank has been writing songs for over 25 years. he co-founded Top Secret, a rock band, with his friend and songwriting partner, T. Motts, in the early '80's. In 1985, they released an EP titled Confidentially Yours. Throughout the '80's and into the early '90's, Top Secret built up a devoted following and received radio airplay on college stations in Washington, New York and Pennsylvania, appeared on 2 NY TV shows and performed all over the Tri-State area. In 1994, Frank formed his own band, Dead Center and performed throughout NYC for 5 years until Frank went solo in 2000. In 2004, Frank released Simply Frank, a collection of rock oriented songs from his heart. Frank's new project, Without a Net combines his love for the Dead and Americana music to create a distinct sound. The band is comprised of three stellar musicians that compliment his taste in music, an improvisational style that suits his original music. Frank has adopted a new avatar, he is known as the Disco Cowboy. Frank continues his work with Without a Net but has recently started to add to his solo recordings. His latest release is called Frankly and has 5 new songs that reflect our current life in 2020.
